From Satisfaction to Impact Metrics

A Science-Driven Approach to Demonstrate Value to your Organization

Tuesday, November 17, 2026
9:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM ET / 6:00 PM CET

Free, Limited space

Can you demonstrate
the value and impact of
your interventions to
your leadership?

Join us for a 45-minute interactive workshop designed to help you treat your talent strategy with the same scientific rigor your organization applies to its research and development.

We will explore how to move beyond basic attendance and satisfaction metrics to measure on-the-job behavior change as a result of people and professional development initiatives. We will also discuss strategies to track progress and demonstrate value to key stakeholders.

Space is limited to ensure dedicated time to work through practical applications and share strategies with peers.

About this session

What we will do

In this interactive session:

  • We will deconstruct the Science-Driven Talent Solutions (SDTS) model, a framework for collecting meaningful behavior and impact metrics to demonstrate value.

  • You will evaluate your current measurement strategy to identify areas of opportunity.

  • You will design an impactful metric for an initiative of your choice.

Who this is for

Leaders engaged in people and professional development initiatives (e.g., faculty or staff development, L&D, Talent, and HR).

We also welcome team leads wishing to track progress and success of change initiatives.

Demonstrated Change

The SDTS model has been used to train over 150 life science professionals, resulting in rapid behavioral change:

  • 42% achieved on-the-job behavioral shifts within just 3 weeks of participation.

  • 89% of participants expressed immediate intent to apply the frameworks to their daily workflows.
